Case study
One job we automated.
What clients say
I thought it would be complicated. It wasn't. By the afternoon the team were using it on real files.

The list that took two clerks a month now takes seconds. We just check it.

FAQ
How long does it take?
A short call, then half a day on site. Your team is trained and one automation is running by the time we leave. A written report follows.
How much does it cost?
The audit is a fixed price, lower for early clients. We give you the number on the first call, before you commit to anything.
Can you work with my existing tools?
Yes. We work inside what you already run. Outlook, Xero, Word, the CRM. Nothing switches over until you've seen it work.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. That's the whole point. We do the technical work in your office, on your own jobs. Your team uses it the way they use email.
Is the data secure?
We tell you which tool sees which files and whether it trains on them before anything runs. On the tiers we set up, it doesn't. Nothing goes out without a person checking it first.
We've already tried AI and it didn't work. Why would this be any different?
Usually it was the free version, on its own, with nobody shown how to use it on real work. We set up the paid tools with your data kept safe, train the whole team on their own jobs, and leave one automation running.
